Problem - The mailing pack sent out to this company's clients had a personalised letter but not a personalised order form, a BRE was included as an additional item and held together in polythene for the mail.
Information received - The client wanted a personalised order form in addition to the personalised letter. They wanted to increase the impact without adding to the cost of the mailing pack. They also needed to have the option of many codes to track response and keep their mailing list current and information relevant.
JPS Activity - The size and pagination of the pack was maintained, with the addition of a personalised 6pp cover. This included a letter to the recipient on the inside front cover and customer details on the Order Form (a full width flap folding off the back cover). We also suggested a pre-gummed reply device with the customer name and address and mailsort information on the back cover. The fore-edge was sealed with a 30mm flap from the front cover in Optipost style.
Benefits to the client
1. The new format is more cost effective than the previous solution and also gains
more sales
2. No BRE, insertion costs, laser requirements or polythene required
3. The personalised order form stays with the catalogue in the optimum position
to fill in when reading about the products

6. Easy lick-and-stick one piece order form with all customer details already
in place in a perfectly legible format
7. Almost unlimited options to source code the order form
